PSquare provides Construction Management, General Contracting, and Project Management services for residential and commercial projects through-out Metro-Vancouver. Our seasoned team has great knowledge of local industry, Building Codes and Standards, Municipal requirements, and Best Practices.

We tailor our services to meet your project needs as each project is unique. We can get involved at different phases of the project.

 

During the design phase, we can help by hiring and managing the design consultants, oversee the design progression, and ensure that the design is well coordinated between all parties. During this process, we continuously review the design to ensure constructability and cost effectiveness. Upon completion of the design, we will prepare all required documentation for building permit application.  

 

During the construction phase, we start by preparing a detailed project budget and schedule based on drawings, our industry knowledge, and costs incurred on comparable projects. Then, we start construction planning. We tender the project to qualified trade contractors, and coordinate and monitor all construction activities through out the project. At last, we arrange for all final inspections and required occupancy permit documentations.

Through out this process, we keep an open line of communication with our clients and guide them through. We have built our business on trust and transparency. We provide a detailed financial report and budget update on monthly basis. Our clients are always in the loop and know their projects status in regards to cost and schedule.

 

We are a licenced HBO builder and provide full warranty for all our projects.
