PSquare Engineering & Construction Ltd. is a Vancouver-based engineering firm providing Building Code Consulting, Certified Professional services, Structural Engineering, Forensic Engineering and specialized fire and life safety services. The firm primarily serves projects throughout British Columbia and also supports projects in Alberta.
Principal-Led Delivery
Our principals are directly engaged on every project — not only in oversight, but in the technical work itself. This means clients work directly with experienced professionals throughout design, permitting, construction, and occupancy.

PSquare takes a systematic and collaborative approach to project delivery. We work closely with architects, developers, contractors, and municipalities to provide clear technical guidance, coordinated submissions, and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The PSquare team collectively brings backgrounds in engineering, architecture, and construction. This range of experience enables integrated technical and regulatory support — from early design through to occupancy — and supports strong working relationships with municipal authorities.
Projects & Communities
Our work spans residential, mixed-use, institutional, and industrial projects, including townhouse, mid-rise and high-rise developments, existing building assessments and rehabilitation. We have provided engineering and Building Code support for housing and community projects with First Nations clients, and continue to work with First Nations communities on building projects across British Columbia.
